1066
Revelation 21:17
“The one who conquers will have this heritage, and I will be his God and he will be my son.”

Romans 8:35, 37-39
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Story of 1066
William the Bastard, born the illegitimate son of Robert….forced into the ways of war at a young age!
After the kingdom that was promised to him was given to another, he set his sights on the promised kingdom and victory.
On October 14th 1066, William the Bastard would lead his men into the “Battle of Hastings” against King Harold….and  history would be altered forever!
As William’s men surged up the 400 meters of hill between them and victory….one man would remove his battle mask and lead a retreating army to a mighty victory.
Two things would change forever:

•    The Kingdom would move from the Dark Ages into the Middle Ages, marking incredible advancement in society.
•    William the Bastard was no more! He would forever be known as WILLIAM THE CONQUEROR
