Throne Zone
is our 'take-off' team within XCITE. We run this group on a two-week cycle, starting off with big
groups the first week and small groups the following week.
The big group times consist of worship, story telling/preaching,
and fun activities. The small groups are comprised of eight to twelve kids and the lesson plans are made up of crafts, chants and activities, which are reiterated and worked through
with the teachers.

We have three age-specific classes in this group, which are:
the Timone group for the three year olds
the Pumba group for the four year olds
the Simba group for the five to six year olds
Our main objective is to further their understanding of God's love for them and to enable them to grasp that God created them and that Jesus is their friend.

Our Heart...
Is to portray the gospel in a passionate, enthusiastic, and life giving
way.
We want to spark the imaginations of these children in a creative and dynamic way, as we believe that
children of this age can understand the simplicity of the gospel and
come into a saving faith.
